In 2004, Alex began building his first home (pictured above) for his family while he was completing the necessary requirements to receive his Contractor's license. He received his Certified Residential Contractor's license on December 1, 2004 (The day before his first child was born!). He started his own construction company in the Spring of 2005 and began building homes.
